At Bubble Babes Co., every product is handmade in small batches with lots of love (and bubbles). Because our soaps and body products are considered personal care items, all sales are final. However, we know things can happen, so here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges:
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Provide your order number and clear photo proof of the issue.
We’ll review the information and work quickly to make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Exceptions / Non-Returnables
Due to the nature of handmade soaps and body care, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products

Personal care items (for hygiene/safety reasons)

Items purchased on sale, discounted, or promotional offers

Products returned without prior authorization
⚠️ Photo proof is required for all exception requests.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (for approved exceptions):

Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must submit photo proof of the item before a return can be approved.
To start a return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item is defective or damaged, and photo proof is provided, we’ll replace it with the same product (or a comparable one if out of stock).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Proof of purchase and photo proof are required for all refunds.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
